The build 7048 of Microsoft’s Windows 7 has been leaked for download on torrent websites. The popular new operating system’s latest build was released by DiamondNRG. The release can be downloaded on Mininova - here.

The release has been confirmed legitimate and can be downloaded here (http://www.mininova.org/tor/2339252).
Release Details:
The release, titled “Windows 7 Ultimate - Build 7048 x64″ was released at approximately 8:00 PM Pacific Time on mininova. It contains the build string: 7048.winmain.090219-184 or 7048.0.x64fre.winmain.090219-1845 (Source: DiamondNRG). Build 7048 screenshots can be found in our other blog post.
32-Bit?:
When asked about why the release was chosen to be 64-bit instead of 32-bit, DiamondNRG replied:
“I thought about getting x86 for my daughter … I mean cuz its so pathetic”
and
“Nah, you x86 guys always get the new builds first, so its time for the x64 club to fight back, so I am giving them TWO newer builds first”
Commenting on whether or not he would release a 32-bit (x86) version, he said:
“…as a heads up will NOT BE TODAY. My connection simply can’t handle it, even if I do/did have it”
and
“hopefully be tomorrow…. MAYBE”

How To Install:
Unlike other releases, this release comes with the files extracted. They are not packaged in an ISO file.
How to make an ISO:
UltraISO
- Download UltraISO (same can be done in MagicISO, etc)
- Download vlite, when installed, get the “boot.bin” file from Program Files/vlite (you can delete vlite after that).
- Launch UltraISO, copy all the files in a new project, and click on:
Bootable -> Load Boot File -> Select boot.bin
- Make ISO & Burn.
MagicISO
- Download vlite, when installed, get the “boot.bin” file from Program Files/vlite (you can delete vlite after that).
- Launch MagicISO, copy all the files in a new project, and click on:
Tools -> Load Boot Image -> Select boot.bin
- Make ISO & Burn.
-or- Copy all of the files downloaded onto a bootable flash drive and boot in.
-or- If you are running Windows 7 x64 already, just double click the setup.exe.
How To Activate:
The 7048 build can be activated like all of the previous Windows 7 builds. Use a beta key from Microsoft to activate it.

You can create an ISO image with MagicISO or other ISO software.
I’m wondering why only on one screenshot there is a new logo on Orb button.
It seems the only time the new graphic shows up is when the start button is activated.
Hello, after Completing download i will always have the Error no bootmanager found system halted…????? I have made an iso with UltraISO.

Esta build (7100. 0. winmain_ win7rc. 090421- 1700) foi compilada na passada Terça- Feira e ao que parece já começou a ser distribuída a parceiros OEM….
