Microsoft will be allowing Windows XP users to upgrade to Windows 7 with a reduced price in an effort to convince the 69.8% of computer users still holding to XP to convert to the new operating system.

According to TechARP.com, Microsoft Corporation will offer a program for Windows Vista PC owners who bought their copy of Vista after July 1, 2009 to upgrade their PC’s to Windows 7.
